Privacy Policy

Diary data (stored on-device)

Everything you record—diary text, attached photos (up to 3 per entry on the free plan), weather, mood, star ratings, custom numeric status, and automatically recorded location—is stored locally on your device and encrypted on-device. This data is never sent to our servers. You can protect your data with Face ID / Touch ID authentication and a password lock.

On-device AI

AI features such as emotion-based auto star rating and text summarization all run on-device (Apple Foundation Models / Google Gemma 4 / Shisa.AI). Your diary content and the AI analysis results are never transmitted externally.

Location

The app can automatically record location with your diary entries. Recorded location is stored on your device and is not sent externally.

Advertising & Premium plan

The free plan delivers Meta Audience Network banner ads through Unity LevelPlay bidding and mediation. The Premium plan (paid subscription) removes ads.

For ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention, the ad SDKs may collect advertising identifiers, device information, ad impressions and interactions, product interactions, diagnostics and performance data. Advertising identifiers and ad data may be used for tracking across other companies’ apps and websites. On iOS, tracking occurs only with permission through App Tracking Transparency (ATT). Product interaction and performance data are declared not to be used for tracking. See the store privacy disclosures for purposes and data linkage.

Meta / Unity

Exporting & deleting data

You can export your diary data as a PDF. Deleting the app removes all data stored locally.

We collect no data

ClearSpace does not collect, store on our servers, transmit, sell, or share any personal data or usage data. The app has no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party data-collection SDKs.

Everything happens on your Mac

• All scanning, analysis, and cleanup happen locally on your device. File contents, file names, paths, and scan results never leave your Mac.
• The app runs in the macOS App Sandbox and accesses files only to find and remove reclaimable disk space. Which locations are read depends on the cleanup categories you enable, and can include system and user caches and logs; temporary files; the Trash (including the iCloud Drive Trash); the Downloads, Desktop, and Documents folders and your Photos library; installed apps in /Applications; your ~/Library folders; your Home folder (for the "large old files" and "system junk" categories); and any folders you explicitly add as Custom Rules. In these locations the app does not read file contents; it works only with the file metadata (names, paths, sizes, and dates) needed to identify reclaimable space.
• The scan cache and cleanup history (which include the paths and sizes of affected files) are stored only on your Mac. Any CSV export you explicitly trigger is also saved as a file on your Mac. The app never transmits any of this information.
• Deletions go to the Trash, not permanent deletion, so files remain recoverable.
• Folders you add as Custom Rules are stored on your Mac as macOS security-scoped bookmarks and are used only to re-access those folders on your device.
• Your settings and preferences (selected categories, schedule, cleanup mode, language) are stored locally on your Mac and are not shared.

Required-reason API usage

To show disk usage and identify cleanup candidates, the app uses Apple "required-reason" APIs solely on-device: disk space (to display storage), file timestamps (to display file dates, filter old/large files, and keep the scan cache current), and user defaults (to store your settings). These are used only for the app's stated functionality and are never used for tracking.

Children

ClearSpace is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children. It collects no data from anyone, including children.

Camera & photo library

The app requests access to your camera and photo library so you can take or select photos of your food. Captured or selected photos are processed only on your device and are never sent to an external server.

AI processing

The app's AI features (dish recognition and wine-pairing suggestions) all run on-device. Photo data and AI analysis results are never transmitted externally.

AI model download

The first time you use the app, an AI model file (Gemma 4, provided by Google LLC) is downloaded via Hugging Face, which involves internet communication. During the download, your IP address and communication metadata are sent to Hugging Face. Hugging Face's handling of data follows its own privacy policy (https://huggingface.co/privacy). No other personal information is transmitted.

Local data

The following data is stored locally on your device. The developer does not have access to it.

• Analysis history (thumbnails of food photos, analysis results, timestamps) — up to the 50 most recent entries
• AI model files
• App settings

You can delete the analysis history and AI model files individually from the app's settings screen.

Shopping links

The app provides links to Amazon, Rakuten Ichiba, and Yahoo! Shopping as a reference for purchasing wine. These links contain affiliate IDs. The handling of data on the linked services follows each service's own privacy policy.

Third-party services

The app's main features (AI analysis and wine-pairing suggestions) are completed entirely on-device, but communication with third-party services occurs in the following cases.

• Hugging Face (when downloading the AI model): your IP address is sent
• Amazon / Rakuten Ichiba / Yahoo! Shopping (when you tap a shopping link): an external browser opens and each service's terms apply

Advertising information

The iOS app delivers banner ads from Meta Audience Network and ironSource Ads through Unity LevelPlay bidding and mediation.

For ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention, the ad SDKs may collect advertising identifiers, device information, ad impressions and interactions, product interactions, diagnostics and performance data. Advertising identifiers and ad data may be used for tracking across other companies’ apps and websites. On iOS, tracking occurs only with permission through App Tracking Transparency (ATT). Product interaction and performance data are declared not to be used for tracking. See the store privacy disclosures for purposes and data linkage.

Meta / Unity

Android version 1.0.2 distributed on Google Play still includes the Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) SDK. A stop in ad delivery does not remove the SDK, which may collect advertising identifiers, device information and ad interaction data. This version requests non-personalized ads. See Google’s privacy policy.

Leaderboards

The app provides leaderboard features using Game Center (iOS) and Google Play Games Services (Android). Leaderboard score data is managed through each platform's services.

Game data

Your game progress and scores are stored locally on your device. The developer does not have access to this data.

Third-party services

To the extent necessary to provide the advertising and leaderboard features above, information is sent to the following third-party services.

• Google LLC (AdMob: Android, Google Play Games Services)
• Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta Audience Network: iOS)
• Unity (Unity LevelPlay / ironSource Ads: iOS)
• Apple Inc. (Game Center)

We do not provide personal information to any third parties other than these.

Measurement data

Your reflex measurement results (scores for each mode) are stored on your device. The app does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name or email address.

Rankings (Game Center / Google Play Games)

If you are signed in to Game Center (iOS version) or Google Play Games (Android version), your best score in Measure mode (single attempt) is submitted automatically for the world ranking. This data is handled in accordance with each platform's policy (Apple: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ / Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy). If you are not signed in, your scores are never sent externally.

Advertising (Meta Audience Network / Unity LevelPlay)

The free version displays Meta Audience Network banner ads. From version 3.0.2, ad delivery uses Unity LevelPlay bidding and mediation. For ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and ad quality analysis, the SDKs may collect advertising identifiers, device information, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostic and performance information. On Android, LevelPlay also collects and shares approximate location derived from information such as the IP address. The app does not request permission to obtain your precise location.

Advertising identifiers and ad data may be linked to device identifiers and used for tracking across other companies’ apps or websites. On iOS, tracking requires your permission through App Tracking Transparency. Product interaction and performance data are declared as used for advertising and analytics, without cross-company tracking. Refer to each store’s privacy or Data Safety disclosures for the data collected or shared and its purposes.

The recipients and handling of this data are subject to Meta’s privacy policy and Unity’s privacy policy. You can permanently remove ads through a one-time in-app purchase; when the purchase is recognized, the app does not initialize the advertising SDKs. Local storage of measurement scores and the optional Game Center / Google Play Games ranking remain as described above.

In builds where advertising is enabled, this app (Squid Shooting) uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK. In that case, device identifiers, usage data, and approximate location may be collected and shared by ad providers for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. Builds without an ad unit ID configured do not display ads.

Game play data (progress, scores, and the like) is stored on your device and is never sent to LFT's servers. Only when you use Game Center are scores and similar data handled through Apple's Game Center (use is optional).

On-device trivia generation

The "today's anniversary" trivia that Ojisan Match shows after each game is generated entirely on-device using Apple Intelligence (FoundationModels). The inputs used for generation, and the generated results, are never transmitted to external servers.

Information collected for advertising

This app is offered for free and displays ads via Google AdMob. When the consent prompt is shown at launch and when ads are displayed, communication occurs through the UMP (User Messaging Platform), and the following information may be collected through AdMob. None of this information is linked to your identity, and none of it is used for tracking (App Tracking Transparency): this app does not adopt ATT and does not perform cross-site / cross-app tracking via the IDFA.

• Identifiers (device ID, etc.) — for third-party advertising
• Usage data (ad interactions, product interactions) — for third-party advertising
• Location (coarse, IP-based) — for third-party advertising
• Diagnostics (performance, crashes, etc.) — for analytics

Collected data is handled in accordance with the respective privacy policies of Google and the UMP. You can change your advertising consent settings at any time from within the app or in your device settings.

ゲームと音声

お子さまのプライバシー

家族で楽しめるおすしやさんごっこのアプリです。お子さまを含め、利用者の個人情報を収集・外部送信しません。広告・アプリ内課金はありません。

LFT FARM ("we") sets out below how user information is handled in the iOS app "MyPiece" (Japanese name: おもいでマイピース; the "App").

How your photos are handled (our core principle)

• The App processes the photos you select only on your device to create artwork and generate puzzles.
• Your photos and the converted results are never sent to our servers or anywhere else.
• Access to your photo library is limited to (1) reading a photo you select, (2) reading your library to pick one random photo for "surprise me," and (3) adding a finished artwork when you save it. In all cases photos are only read on your device and are never sent anywhere.
• Puzzles you create are stored only in on-device storage and are removed when you delete the App.

Information we collect

• We ourselves do not operate any server that collects or stores your personal information, photos, or usage data.
• The App has no account registration.
• The App does not display third-party ads, does not collect data for advertising purposes, and does not perform ad tracking. Accordingly, the App Store "App Privacy" label corresponds to "Data Not Collected".

On-device AI

• Subject recognition, difficulty suggestions, puzzle titling, and completion effects are performed by on-device AI (Gemma 4) running entirely on your device. AI features are optional, and you can play puzzles normally without enabling them.
• All AI processing is completed entirely on your device. The inputs (your photos) and generated results used by the AI are never sent to any external server, including our own.
• The App does not send or share your photos or any personal data with any third-party AI service, including cloud-based AI services such as OpenAI, Google, or Anthropic. The AI used for subject recognition calls no external API and runs solely on your device.

AI model download (optional)

Only if you enable AI features (such as subject recognition) does the App download (receive) the AI model file (Gemma 4, provided by Google LLC) from Hugging Face to your device (you can also choose "Later" during onboarding). This transfer receives the AI model onto your device; it does not upload your photos or personal data. This download requires an internet connection, and your IP address and connection metadata are sent to Hugging Face. Hugging Face's handling of this data follows its privacy policy (https://huggingface.co/privacy). No other personal information or photos are sent. You can use the App without downloading the model, and once downloaded, AI processing runs offline.

本アプリ「すしコレクション」は、広告を表示せず、解析（アナリティクス）SDK も組み込んでいません。アカウント登録やサインインも不要です。

ゲームのプレイデータ（進行状況・スコア・設定など）は端末内に保存され、LFT のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。Game Center にサインインしている場合に限り、スコアなどが Apple の Game Center を通じて扱われます（サインインは任意で、未サインインでも収録ゲームはすべて遊べます）。

These notes apply to the sushi memory game “Sushi Memory Match” (formerly “神経衰弱できるもん おすしやさん”; bundle ID: com.lftfarm.concentration). This is a separate app from Sushi Collection.

Local data

Scores, game records and settings are stored in NSUserDefaults. The app does not send these records to LFT servers. The analytics, advertising, Game Center and purchase services below separately transmit information to their providers.

Analytics (Firebase Analytics / Google)

Screen navigation, interaction events, device and app information, and app-instance identifiers are sent to Google to analyze usage and improve the app. See Firebase’s privacy information and Google’s privacy policy.

Advertising (Google AdMob) and consent

For banner delivery, measurement and fraud prevention, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect IP addresses (which may be used to estimate approximate location), device identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostic and performance information. Use of IDFA and tracking across other companies’ apps or websites require permission through iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT). Declining ATT may still allow processing of other information needed to serve ads.

Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) presents consent forms according to region and consent status. The advertising SDK starts only when ads can be requested. Google’s privacy policy applies to the recipients and handling of this data.

Rankings (Apple Game Center)

When you use Game Center, scores are sent to Apple. Your nickname and scores may be visible to other players on leaderboards. See Game Center & Privacy.

In-app purchases (Apple StoreKit)

Apple processes purchases of additional content and versus mode. The app checks purchase status; LFT does not obtain or store payment details such as credit card information. Apple’s privacy policy applies.

Data the app collects and uses

Photo library (optional, processed on-device)

To let you set your own photos on original balls, the app requests access to your photo library. Selected images are processed only on your device to display the balls and are never sent to our servers or to third parties. If you do not use this feature, photo library access is not required.

Microphone (optional, processed on-device)

To let you set your own voice on original balls, the app requests access to your microphone. Recorded audio is processed only on your device for ball playback and is never sent to our servers or to third parties. If you do not use this feature, microphone access is not required.

You can change these permissions at any time from the iOS Settings app.

Gameplay data

Stage progress, settings, and the original ball data you create are stored only on your device. We do not send or back up this data to our servers.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app uses Google AdMob to deliver banner and rewarded ads. AdMob may collect the advertising identifier (IDFA) for ad delivery. The identifier is not linked to your identity and is not used for tracking. For details and opt-out methods, see Google's advertising policies.

Sharing with third parties

We do not provide your gameplay data, photos, or audio to third parties. Advertising-related data handled by Google AdMob follows AdMob's policies.

Network communication

The app does not perform any network communication. It works fully offline.

Game data and settings

Your read-aloud, sound-effect, and haptic settings are stored only on your device. Play records such as scores or your Endless stage progress are not saved. Your settings are not sent to our servers. Deleting the app also deletes this data.

Third-party sharing

Since no data is collected, no information is shared with third parties.

Advertising information

The app is offered for free. The iOS version (as distributed on the App Store) displays ads using Meta Audience Network. The Android version currently does not display ads.

On first launch, the iOS version asks for your permission through App Tracking Transparency (ATT). Only if you allow it is the advertising identifier (IDFA) used to optimize ads across other companies' apps and websites (tracking). If you do not allow it, ads are still shown but no tracking takes place. Meta may collect the following information for ad delivery. None of it is linked to your identity.

• Identifiers (device ID, etc.) — for third-party advertising (used for tracking only if you allow it via ATT)
• Usage data (ad interactions, etc.) — for third-party advertising
• Diagnostics (performance, crashes, etc.) — for app functionality

Ad content is determined by the ad delivery service (Meta Audience Network), and the developer does not directly control it. Collected data is handled in accordance with Meta's privacy policy (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/).

World ranking (Game Center / Google Play Games)

The app provides a world ranking feature through Apple's Game Center on iOS and Google Play Games Services on Android. When you use this feature, the following information is sent to and stored by those services and used to display the rankings.

• Player name and player ID (your Game Center / Play Games profile)
• Clear time (your fastest record)

Use of this feature is optional. If you do not sign in to Game Center or Play Games, this information is not sent. We do not store this information on our own servers. It is handled in accordance with the privacy policies of the service providers (Apple Inc. and Google LLC).

How to delete your world ranking data

We do not hold any world ranking data, so you can delete it from each service. Deleting it removes your Corporate Slave Solitaire clear times and ranking records (game data saved on your device is not deleted). The data is kept by each service until you delete it.

Android (Google Play Games)

1. In the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon at the top right, then open Settings → General → Play Games profile.
2. Tap Privacy & settings → Delete profile & game data.
3. Under "Delete individual game data", find "Corporate Slave Solitaire" (社畜ソリティア) and tap Delete.

You can also delete it from a browser under Your Data at https://play.google.com/games/profile. For details, see Google's help article (https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/9130646).

iOS (Game Center)

Game Center data is managed by Apple. Signing out under Settings → Game Center stops the data from being sent. You can request deletion of your data from Apple's Data and Privacy page (https://privacy.apple.com/).

Game data

Your stage progress, scores, overtime points, and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not send or back up this data to our servers. Deleting the app also deletes the saved data (clear times sent when you use the world ranking are described above).

Third-party services

To the extent needed to deliver ads and provide the world ranking described above, the app sends information to the following third-party services. We do not provide personal information to any other third parties.

• Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta Audience Network, iOS version only)
• Apple Inc. (Game Center)
• Google LLC (Google Play Games Services)

FatBurn Watch is an Apple Watch + iOS companion app that helps you stay in the fat-burning zone (60–70% of HRmax) while exercising. It is not a medical device and is not intended for diagnosis, treatment or prevention.

HealthKit data

The app requests HealthKit access for the following:

• Read heart rate (for real-time zone judgement and alerts, and to determine your measured maximum heart rate from past workouts)
• Read resting heart rate (to personalize the target zone using the Karvonen method)
• Read workouts and active energy (to show your workout history and estimated fat burned, and to determine your measured maximum heart rate)
• Save workouts and active energy (to record exercise sessions)

Resting heart rate and measured maximum heart rate are read only when you enable each of them in the app, and are used only on-device to calculate your target zone and show its basis in the app.

This data lives only in your device's local storage and Apple HealthKit.

In-app settings

The following user-configured settings are stored on-device and synced with Apple Watch:

• Age, sex, weight
• Target zone bounds and calculation method (including the HRmax formula and your settings for whether to use resting heart rate / measured maximum heart rate)
• Alert sensitivity (haptic / sound)

Storage & transmission

• Heart rate, workouts & active energy: stored only on-device and in Apple HealthKit
• In-app settings (profile, alert sensitivity etc.): stored only in the app's local storage

The app does not transmit this information to any external server. No advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs are used.

Third-party sharing

The app does not share personal information with third parties. HealthKit-stored data is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Permissions & deletion

The app requests HealthKit permission to read and save the data listed under "HealthKit data" above. You can change permission any time from the iOS Health app or Settings. Without permissions such as reading heart rate and saving workouts, the app's main features are unavailable. Reading resting heart rate is optional, and the main features remain available without it.

Delete workouts and active energy from the iOS Health app individually, or remove the app from your device to wipe in-app settings.

対象年齢と年齢確認

本アプリは酒類を扱うため、20 歳未満の方は利用できません。初回起動時に 20 歳以上であることを確認しますが、生年月日・年齢・性別・電話番号は取得または保存しません。確認済みの状態だけを端末内に保存します。

端末内に保存する情報

本アプリはローカルファーストで設計されています。クラウド同期を有効にしていない場合、次の記録内容は端末内にのみ保存され、同期用サーバーへ送信されません。

• 日本酒の記録（銘柄、評価、味わい、ペアリング、コメント、飲んだ日、都道府県など）と記録写真
• 銘柄辞書、気になる銘柄、非公開のテーマ別リスト
• 年齢確認・オンボーディングの完了状態、通知設定、実績の既読状態
• オンデバイス AI の入力と出力

Apple または LINE でサインインした場合は、招待承認前でも認証アカウント情報が Supabase Auth に保存されます。送信先が設定された配信ビルドでは、クラウド同期の利用有無にかかわらず後述の診断情報を送信します。

任意のクラウド同期

Apple または LINE でサインインすると認証アカウントが作成され、招待承認後に記録・写真のクラウド同期が有効になります。暗号化通信を使用し、次の情報を Supabase の東京リージョンへ保存します。

• Apple から提供された場合のメールアドレス、Apple / LINE の認証プロバイダ利用者 ID、利用者が入力したニックネーム
• 日本酒の記録と、幅 1024px に縮小した JPEG の記録写真
• 公開したテーマ別リスト、通報理由、ブロックした相手、招待コードの利用記録

テーマ別リストは利用者が公開操作をした場合に限り、タイトル、投稿者のニックネーム、銘柄名、コメント、並び順が他の利用者へ公開されます。非公開のリストは端末内にとどまります。

個別の記録を削除すると、同期の整合のため削除された事実（削除済みの印）がサーバーに残りますが、銘柄・評価・コメントなど記録の内容は失われます。アカウントを削除した場合は、この削除済みの印も含めて削除します。

サポート対応および不正・通報の調査に限り、運営者が同期済みの記録と写真を閲覧する場合があります。運営者は利用者の記録・写真を書き換えたり削除したりできません。公開リストは通報対応として非公開化する場合があります。

オンデバイス AI とモデルのダウンロード

ラベル読み取りと AI 相談は、端末内で動作する Gemma 4 モデルを使用します。写真、質問文、推論結果を外部の AI サービスへ送信しません。AI モデルは任意で、ダウンロードしなくても手入力で記録できます。

AI 機能を利用する場合、標準モデル（約 3.5GB）または高精度モデル（約 6GB）を Hugging Face から端末へダウンロードします。この通信で写真や記録は送信されませんが、IP アドレスと通信メタデータは Hugging Face に送信され、同社のプライバシーポリシーに従って扱われます。ダウンロード後の推論は端末内で完結します。

診断情報

送信先が設定された配信ビルドでは、不具合調査のためクラッシュとエラーの診断情報を Sentry の米国取り込み先へ送信します。診断イベントには、アカウント、端末、インストール、記録、公開リストを識別する ID を付与しません。ファイル名や端末内のパスも送信前に取り除き、Sentry 側でも IP アドレスをイベントへ保存しない設定にしています。

コメント・銘柄名・都道府県・飲んだ日・AI への質問文・検索語・AI の生出力など、利用者が入力または生成した内容は送信前に取り除きます。固定された発生箇所、スタックトレース、アプリのバージョン・ビルド番号と、値の種類や長さなどの形だけを残します。氏名、メールアドレス、パスワード、写真そのもの、広告 ID、端末の IDFV は送りません。診断情報は不具合調査以外に使用しません。

2026年8月23日以前のテスト配信ビルドから受信した診断履歴には、内部識別子が含まれる場合があります。この履歴は現在の配信データとは分けて管理し、外部向け一般公開の前に削除または保持期間満了を確認します。

Sentry の診断情報は同期用サーバーとは別に扱われるため、アカウント削除では過去の診断情報を自動削除しません。現在の診断情報にはアカウントまたは端末へ再び結び付けられる識別子を含めていません。アプリを利用している間は、アカウント削除後も上記の条件で診断情報が送信される場合があります。

端末機能と取得しない情報

記録用の撮影にカメラ、写真の選択に写真ライブラリ、端末内で作る制覇リマインドに通知機能を使用します。位置情報、連絡先、カレンダー、健康データ、広告識別子は取得しません。広告、行動解析、他社データとの突き合わせによるトラッキングは行いません。

アカウントとデータの削除

アプリの設定画面からアカウントを削除すると、Supabase 上の認証アカウント、同期済みの記録・写真、公開リスト、通報理由、ブロック、招待利用記録を即時に削除します。上記のとおり Sentry の過去の診断情報はこの操作の対象外です。端末内の記録は削除されません。個別の記録や写真はアプリ内で削除でき、アプリをアンインストールすると端末内のデータも削除されます。

利用する第三者サービス

• Supabase: Apple / LINE でサインインした場合の認証アカウントの保管、および招待承認後に同期した記録・写真の保管（東京リージョン）
