These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of every app and service shipped by LFT Inc. (“LFT,” “we,” “us”; collectively, the “Services”). By downloading, installing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

License
Use of the Services is granted to you as a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license under the terms of the applicable store (Apple App Store, Mac App Store, Google Play). You may not modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the source code, executables, or bundled data of the Services.
Prohibited conduct
You may not, in connection with the Services:
- Violate any law or generally accepted social standards
- Infringe on the rights of LFT, other users, or any third party
- Interfere with the operation of the Services (unauthorized access, excessive load, automated tooling, etc.)
- Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services
- Extract, duplicate, or redistribute AI models or other data bundled with the Services
- Resell, repackage, or redistribute the Services without authorization
- Use health-related apps for medical, diagnostic, or treatment purposes
- Engage in conduct that harms the reputation of LFT or the Services
Disclaimer
- The Services are provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or continuity of service.
- Information, notifications, and recommendations from the Services are for reference only and do not constitute professional advice. Health-related apps are not medical devices and are not intended for diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any condition.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the Services.
- We may update, modify, or discontinue the Services without prior notice.
Third-party services
The Services may interact with third-party services to deliver features (advertising networks, AI model distribution, external store links, etc.). Use of such services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for issues arising in those third-party services.
Intellectual property
All rights in the Services (software, logos, designs, content, AI models, etc.) belong to LFT or the respective rights holders. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. Third-party software or models bundled with the Services are licensed under the terms set by their respective providers.
Paid features and subscriptions
For paid apps or apps with subscription features, the billing terms set by the relevant store (Apple App Store, Mac App Store, Google Play) apply at the point of purchase. Refunds, cancellations, and disabling auto-renewal are handled through those stores’ policies. App-specific billing terms appear under “Per-app notes” or on each app’s store listing.
Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms as needed. Material changes will be announced on this page or in the affected app. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Japanese-language version is authoritative; other-language versions are provided for reference. In case of any conflict, the Japanese version prevails. Disputes arising in connection with the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

About advertisements
The free plan of this app displays third-party advertisements. Ad content is determined by the ad delivery service (Google AdMob), and the developer does not directly control ad content. Subscribing to the Premium (paid) plan removes ads.
About the Premium plan (subscription)
This app offers an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, the "Premium plan." Subscribing removes ads and unlocks premium features.
- Price: as shown in the app (billed via App Store / Google Play)
- Free trial: a 30-day free trial is offered on first sign-up (availability and duration follow the store's display)
- Auto-renewal: renews automatically at the same price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Cancellation: cancel anytime from your App Store / Google Play subscription settings; access continues until the end of the paid period
- Restore Purchases is supported
- Billing and refunds are governed by the respective app store (App Store / Google Play) terms

AI models and licensing
The AI models used by this app (Gemma 4, provided by Google LLC) must be downloaded on first use (approximately 3.5GB–6GB). Running the AI models requires iPhone 13 or later (E2B model) or iPhone 15 Pro or later (E4B model). These models are subject to Google's Gemma Terms of Use (https://ai.google.dev/gemma/terms), and by using this app, users are deemed to have agreed to those license terms.
